Great experience. Everyone there is very nice and professional . Got my glasses very quickly and able to use my own frames. Prescription was perfect. Highly recommend this practice.

We ordered our glasses there and the Optician was not knowledgeable about product availability. I had to tell her what products we needed by looking through a list. Then I had to correct the pricing.

Cascade Eye Center has such a great team of caring professionals! The folks that work here are friendly, engaging and kind! I see Dr. Ian and, he is current on the latest technology. He’s very personable and takes the time to explain things in a manner - that makes it easy to understand. Today I was assisted by Megan in the optical department. She went above and beyond, to provide the best service possible! Truly outstanding experience! I’m very happy with this office and, confidently recommend them for all of your visual needs.

Called 3 times to cancel an appointment each time being put on hold for 20plus minutes then was charged for the appointment and now being taken to court over it.

Prior to my appointment, I gave them my insurance info and also my medical insurance info to ensure they accepted both. They assured me they did. However, AFTER my appointment, they told me they don't accept my medical insurance for the services they provided me and charged me full-price. I was very disappointed. Their website still says they DO accept my medical insurance. They should probably update that. Originally I thought this was a great place, but now I think they care more about up-selling you than your well-being. What a shame. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

From the moment I walked in they were welcoming and attentive. The front desk staff were all friendly and even made the visit fun for my 3 year old that had to tag along. The office is clean and organized in all patient areas. I am happy to be a new patient there!
